Refund & Damage policy:
The services at Guardini are done on advance payment basis or payment at the time of delivery. There is no refund policy.
In case of any damage or lost items company is responsible to the extent of 5 times the processing charge mention on the bill of that particular Garment/ article only.
Cancellation Policy :
Once an invoice is generated by Guardini - K & M GARMENGuardini (India) Pvt. Ltd. it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Terms & Conditions:
We at Guardini ensure the use of cleaning methods as per care instructions tagged on the garment/article. In case of no cleaning instructions, the most appropriate cleaning methods are used.
However, articles/garments with decorative items such as beads, crystals, sequins, buttons, buckles or articles/garments made from delicate fabrics are processed at the owner’s risk. Guardini takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to such articles, under any circumstances.
In case garments/articles delivery is not taken within 15 days from the date of booking, extra charges for SafeKeeping services will be applicable.
We exercise utmost care in processing garments/articles. It is not possible to examine each garment/article at the time of booking. All articles are thoroughly examined at the processing facility and any report from the facility about the condition of the article received shall be accepted as the initial condition of the garment.
